What Notice27 is—and what it is not.

Product scope

The current protected download is Notice27 2.1.0 with 24 supplied colour EU legal-guarantee notice assets. It provides guided scope configuration, placements, GARAN factual inputs, digital/update dimensions, transaction records, licensing, trials, account access, and signed updates.

Notice27 is implementation software, not legal advice, certification, regulatory approval, automatic national-law coverage, GARAN certification, or a guarantee of compliance. Applicability depends on product, buyer, transaction, target market, and national law.

Official artwork and affiliations

The notice artwork is sourced from the European Commission and is not sold as Kastovia intellectual property. Notice27 is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the European Union, European Commission, WordPress, WooCommerce, or Stripe.

Price, taxes, and payment identity

Solo (€29), Business (€69), and Agency (€149) are fixed one-time, tax-inclusive prices. Notice27 is sold by Kastovia Holdings LLC. Payment processing currently uses the existing GlorySmile Stripe account, so the GlorySmile name may appear in the payment flow or on payment records. Review the selected plan, final amount, seller identity, and terms before authorising payment. All three public plans use automatic protected delivery and licence issuance after verified payment.

Licence, trial, and updates

A paid purchase issues the selected Solo, Business, or Agency entitlement shown at checkout and in the customer account. A seven-day trial is limited to one production-domain anchor and one production or staging site identity, with abuse controls and no clock restart on retries. Activation, transfer, recovery, suspension, update, and download access are enforced by the service; expiry does not remotely disable an already installed copy.

The plugin code remains GPL-2.0-or-later. Commercial payment covers protected distribution, licence-managed service access, account/download recovery, updates, and support as described at purchase.

Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, merchants are responsible for legal review, staging tests, backups, configuration, and ongoing verification.
