What Notice27 is—and what it is not.

Product scope

The current download contains Notice27 version 1.2 and 24 colour EU legal-guarantee notice files. The plugin helps display a selected file on configured WooCommerce surfaces.

Notice27 is implementation software, not legal advice, certification, regulatory approval, or a guarantee that a store complies with EU or national law. You remain responsible for applicability, language, prominence, placement, theme behavior, accessibility, and any other legal obligations.

Official artwork and affiliations

The notice artwork is sourced from the European Commission and is not sold as Kastovia intellectual property. Notice27 is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the European Union, European Commission, WordPress, WooCommerce, or Stripe.

Price, taxes, and payment identity

The product page shows the base product price in euros. Stripe Checkout shows the amount it will charge before you authorize payment. Any tax and seller-identity information displayed there should be reviewed before paying.

Licence and updates

The product page and checkout-adjacent terms in effect at the time of purchase define the licence and any included update or support period. No technical licence server or automatic update service is included in version 1.2 unless expressly stated.

Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for testing the plugin in a staging environment and maintaining backups before using it on a live store.
