What to include
Include your Notice27 version, WordPress version, WooCommerce version, PHP version, theme name, whether Cart and Checkout are classic or block-based, active multilingual plugin if any, and a concise description of what you expected and observed.
For a payment or download problem, include the purchase date and checkout email. Do not include card details or a Stripe secret.
Safe troubleshooting
Back up the store and reproduce the problem on staging where possible. Confirm the selected language and placements, clear relevant page caches, and test with a default theme before sharing a report.
