Before paying
Review the product scope, compatibility statements, price, customer-facing seller details, and applicable terms before authorizing payment. Contact us first if any detail is unclear.
Failed or defective delivery
If payment was completed but the download link failed, the ZIP is corrupt, or the delivered files materially differ from the product description, email contact@kastovia.com with the purchase date and the email used at checkout. Do not send card details.
We will first try to verify the purchase and provide a working copy or another appropriate remedy.
Change-of-mind and statutory rights
Digital-content withdrawal and refund rights vary by buyer, location, purchase context, delivery timing, and any consent collected at checkout. Kastovia will assess requests under the applicable mandatory law rather than applying an unsupported blanket “no refunds” rule.
